Our goal is for every employee to go home safely at the end of the day. That’s the San Miguel pledge. Throughout its history, the Cooperative has committed to zero injuries. We strive to achieve this through a rigorous program of supervisor leadership training, employee safety programs and a safety culture that works to identify and mitigate hazards.
